AKRON, Ohio — An Akron man was beaten and robbed while walking to his car on Christmas day, according to News 5's media partners at the Akron Beacon Journal.
The incident happened around 7 p.m. in the 800 block of Stanwood Avenue.
The 24-year-old man said he was walking to his car, when he was ambushed by two people.
The man was punched in the face several times before they stole his wallet, according to police.
