An Akron man was found guilty by a jury of raping two girls under the age of 10 Tuesday.
Daniel Austin, 26, was convicted of eight counts of rape and 10 counts of gross sexual imposition in Summit County Common Pleas Court.
Summit County Prosecutors said that one of the victims, now a teenager, and her cousin told officials that Austin had raped them several times over a period of several years.
Austin will be sentenced on March 8. Seven of the rape convictions carry a mandatory sentence of life in prison.
