AKRON, Ohio — Police are investigating after shots were fired in an Akron neighborhood early Thursday morning and bullets ripped through an apartment.
The shooting happened around 12:44 a.m. in the 600 block of Sherman Street.
The residents told officers that they heard multiple shots go off and then went in to a bathroom to hide.
During the investigation, officers said that they discovered four bullets had struck an upstairs window.
No injuries were reported.
Police said that there are no suspects at this time.
