Akron police are investigating the death of a man who was found on Crestview Avenue Saturday afternoon.
newsnet5.com's media partner, the Akron Beacon Journal, reports a person was walking in the area around 4:30 p.m. and saw the man lying in the grass.
According to the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office, the man appeared to have suffered a gunshot wound.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday morning to determine cause of death.
