A man who had been shot multiple times was found dead inside a car by Akron officers early Saturday morning on the city's west side.
Police responded to the area after receiving reports of shots fired.
The incident happened around 2 a.m., near the 300 block of West Miller Avenue, just a few blocks south of Penn Soccer Field.
Officers said the man was found inside a 2009 Dodge Caliber.
Authorities have not released the identity of the man at this time.
No suspects have been named in the shooting.
