AKRON, Ohio - A 43-year-old man sitting on his front porch was injured in a drive-by shooting in Akron on Tuesday evening.
According to Akron police, the shooting happened on the 800 block of Beardsley Street around 5:30 p.m. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where he was treated and released.
Authorities said two other houses on the same street were also hit by gunfire. The suspects were driving in a silver or gray Dodge Stratus, police said. A description of the suspects was not given.
