Police looking for 'armed and dangerous' fugitive who allegedly shot man during fight over woman

AKRON, Ohio — Police are looking for an Akron man who shot another person during a fight over a woman.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Jermarray C. Morrow, 30, of North Arlington Street, on a charge of felonious assault, according to the Akron Police Department.

Morrow is 6 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs around 300 pounds.

The shooting happened Monday around 1 p.m. on Oakdale Avenue, police said. Morrow and the 23-year-old fighting over a woman when Morrow allegedly pulled out a gun and shot the other man in the foot.

Morrow should be considered armed and dangerous, according to police.
