A Tallmadge man was sentenced Wednesday morning to spend the next four-and-a-half years in prison for sexually assaulting a woman he drove home while working as an Uber driver last year.
Brandon Franklin, 34, was sentenced on a sexual battery charge.

According to the Summit County Prosecutor's Office, in March 2017, Franklin picked up a woman who requested an Uber after having spent a night out drinking with her family and friends. Franklin drove the woman home and assaulted her, prosecutors said.
Franklin was found guilty last month.
