Cleveland police are reporting a young teen was shot Sunday afternoon near the city's Garden Valley neighborhood.
According to authorities, a 13-year-old boy was shot in the 6500 block of Newman Avenue around 1 p.m.
Cleveland EMS transported the boy in critical condition to MetroHealth.
