Cleveland police are investigating after a 28-year-old man was found fatally shot inside a vehicle near East 102nd Street and Kempton Avenue.
Police were called to the scene for shots fired around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
When they arrived, they found the man inside the vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is unknown if any arrests have been made.
