CLEVELAND — Three people have been arrested during an ongoing gang investigation in Cleveland, according to the Cleveland Division of Police.
Imonte Sims, 25, Marcus Hopper 23, and Toney Hope, 28 were arrested and charged with parole violations, weapons offenses and violation of the state drug law, police said.
During the investigation, multiple weapons were seized, including assault rifles and handguns, according to police.
The active investigation, led by the Cleveland Police Gang Impact Unit, is looking into the Blitz gang that operates mainly in the area of East 55th Street and Hough Avenue.
