CLEVELAND — A pedestrian was killed and three others were hospitalized following a hit-skip in Cleveland Sunday evening, according to Cleveland police.
The incident occurred near the intersection of East 57th Street and Chester Avenue, police said.
A 58-year-old pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, which fled the scene. The pedestrian was transported to University Hospitals where he later died, according to police.
EMS said that a 26-year-old woman, a 24-year-old woman and a 7-year-old girl were also transported to University Hospitals in stable condition.
Police said additional information will be released when it becomes available.
