CLEVELAND — Archbishop Nelson Perez has one final message for the city of Cleveland.
On Monday, the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland was in Philadelphia, when they ran into the bishop.
Perez asked for the people of Cleveland to pray for him as he starts this new journey.
Monday was his last day as Bishop of Cleveland.
