A crash shut down the area of E. 93rd Street and St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland Thursday evening.
Witnesses said that the car was traveling at a high rate of speed, struck another car, and then toppled a power pole.
Two people were taken to the hospital, and one is in unstable condition. The other is stable.
Power lines are down in the area, and some customers lost electricity.
The crash happened at around 7:30 p.m.
