HIGHLAND HILLS, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is looking for a man who escaped from the Warrensville Developmental Center in Highland Hills Tuesday.
Lynelle Maurice Monroe, 30, is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 155 pounds. Monroe has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black coat, white sweatshirt, blue jeans and white/blue shoes, according to OSHP.
Monroe is likely still in the Cleveland area, authorities said. He is considered dangerous and shouldn’t be approached.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call OSHP at 216-265-1677.
