Overnight, heavy barricades started to arrive around Quicken Loans Arena.
Along Ontario, giant stacks of steel barriers were dropped off.
The barriers will be set up along the security zone, which surrounds The Q and Progressive Field.
They were also spotted Tuesday near Burke Lakefront Airport and First Energy Stadium.
