A body was spotted in floating in Lake Erie at Edgewater Park Thursday morning.
Two people were walking on the beach when they saw a male's body and contacted park rangers, according to Cleveland Fire Department's Larry Gray. The body was about 10 feet from shore.
Rangers pulled the body to land to investigate.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner was also called to the scene.
