6-year-old boy struck by car in Cleveland's Woodland Hills neighborhood

CLEVELAND — A 6-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Cleveland’s East Side, according to Cleveland EMS.

EMS responded to the 10000 block of Hulda Avenue in Cleveland's Wooland Hills neighborhood for a pedestrian struck, authorities said.

Once on scene, crews transported the boy to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.

The boy is in critical condition, according to EMS.

The incident is currently under investigation.
