CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Animal Protective League is searching for a forever home for a 3-year-old black cat named Elvin.
Elvin was brought into the Cleveland APL after his previous owners said they were unable to manage his veterinary care. After giving him an examination, the Cleveland APL determined Elvin has chronic upper respiratory infections which can be managed simply with medication.
Cleveland APL said that Elvin is a lovable and friendly cat and loves cuddling in laps and greeting everyone in the room.
