CLEVELAND — A Cleveland appliance store will need serious repairs after a dump truck crashed into the building Monday.

A dump truck knocked out a large section of the wall at Father’s Dream Appliances, located on Woodland Avenue in Cleveland.

The store, which sells reconditioned appliances and provides parts and repairs for appliances, has been in business for more than 25 years.

Reginald Sizemore, the owner of Father’s Dream Appliances, said he’s grateful no one was injured and that his appliance store is going to be just fine.

“Good part about it is, I wasn’t hurt. The driver got away unhurt. As I said, we are going to put Humpty Dumpty back together again and we are going to continue to grow, build and create and make Father’s Dream even better,” Sizemore said.
