The Cleveland bar where a 20-year-old woman fell from a balcony on St. Patrick's Day was cited the same day for serving an underage person.

According to the violation notice issued by the Ohio Department of Public Safety's Ohio Investigative Unit, Spirits Restaurant & Bar on West 6th Street permitted the "sale of intoxicating liquor to a person under 21 years of age."

The citation does not say whether it is connected to the incident last Friday in which 20-year-old Megan Keefe fell from a balcony at the bar.

As of last check, Keefe is in critical condition at MetroHealth Medical Center.

After the fall, part of Spirits Bar was closed by the Cleveland Fire Department for unsafe railings.
