The Cleveland bomb squad was called out to a home on the city's east side for a possible meth lab on Thursday, but police later ruled no meth lab was present.
Police originally believed a 4-year-old child and an adult were possibly exposed to meth, but both were taken to University Hospitals and treated for chemical exposure due to spilled cleaning supplies.
