CLEVELAND — Cleveland homicide units are investigating after a man fell from a balcony at an apartment in The Flats, according to Cleveland police.
Around 1:30 p.m., police responded to the 1000 block of West 11th Street after receiving a report that a man was injured after falling from a balcony, police said.
Once on scene, officers and EMS found a man in his 20s who had fallen from the eighth story balcony of the apartments above Punch Bowl Social, a popular bar in The Flats, according to police.
The man was transported to MetroHealth in critical condition where he later died from his injuries, police said.
The incident remains under investigation.
