Melting snow and heavy rains Tuesday made a mess of many Northeast Ohio roads and affected some Cleveland businesses.

3:16 p.m. The Cleveland Foundation Skating Rink is closed Tuesday. It will reopen Wednesday at 4 p.m.
2:52 p.m. Eastlake police report the Chagrin River has started to go over the banks.
12 p.m. The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and rainforest are closed until further notice due to flooding in the area.
10:18 a.m. Broadway Avenue in Garfield Heights is also closed from East 104th Street to the Cleveland border due to heavy flooding.
