Cleveland officer indicted on two counts of theft in office

CLEVELAND — A Cleveland police officer has been suspended without pay after he was accused of theft in office.

Lorenzo Brazzell Jr., 32, was indicted on Tuesday on two felony charges for theft in office.

He was relieved from duty and will remain suspended without pay pending the results of the criminal charges.

Brazzell was hired in March 2017.
