The Cleveland Division of Police partnered with FrontLine Services to honor and remember victims of homicide during their Memorial for Families of Unsolved Homicides on Thursday night.
The families of loved ones who were killed from 2012 to 2015 gathered at the Cleveland Division of Police's Third District and held a vigil.
