CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating a murder-suicide.
Police said around 4 p.m. they found a man in the 3200 block of East 117th Street with a gunshot wound to the head.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
SWAT entered a home one block away to try and find a suspect, but no one was there.

Garfield Heights police later found the suspect with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The suspect was pronounced dead.
