CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are looking for a man accused of ramming two cruisers and fleeing after officers found him passed out at the wheel.

The incident happened on Jan. 31 around 3:45 a.m. near East 13th Street and Payne Avenue.

Police said that officers located a black 2016 Nissan Maxima stopped in the road. When officers approached the vehicle, they noticed what appeared to be vomit on the road by the driver's door and the occupant sleeping inside.
