CLEVELAND — Cleveland police have found a 1-year-old child who was taken by his father last week.
According to authorities, the boy's father picked him up on April 5 at a family event and failed to return the child to his mother.
Police said no arrests or charges were made and that the incident appears to be a custody issue.
