CLEVELAND — Cleveland police and the medical examiner's office are investigating after a dead body inside a bag was discovered by young children playing, police said.
Police responded at around 7 p.m. Sunday to the area of East 88th Street and Bessemer Avenue for reports of a body found inside a bag.
Preliminary information indicated that young children playing located the bag and notified an adult relative, police said.
The medical examiner and the homicide unit is investigating this incident further.
