Cleveland police held their first lesson on Monday to teach young boys how to tie ties.
Hundreds of ties were donated and used to teach boys (and girls who wanted to learn) in a tie tying lesson at the learning center in Rainbow Terrace.
The lesson went so well, officers plan to host a skills event for girls, too.
