Cleveland State University's basketball coach Gary Waters announced his retirement Tuesday.
Waters is the all-time leader in wins at Cleveland State University and has spent the last 11 seasons as the head coach of the Vikings. In his career, he has had 194 wins and coached 366 games.
A press conference is expected to take place on Wednesday.
