CLEVELAND — If you're spending Valentine's Day alone and want that special someone in your life, look no further than the Cleveland City Kennel.
For Valentine's Day, the City of Cleveland's Division of Animal Care & Control is reducing adoption fees for CITY DOGS.
From Feb. 8 to 17, the usual $61 fee will be reduced to just $21. All adoptable dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and come with a Cuyahoga County license. Normal adoption processes and policies will be followed during the reduced fee event.
There are more than 100 adoptable CITY DOGS. Available dogs can be viewed at 2690 West 7th St. Hours are from Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“Whether you’re looking for a cuddly couch potato or a running buddy, we have Adoption Counselors ready to serve as matchmakers to find the best fit for your family," said Michelle Harvanek, shelter operations manager at the kennel.
