Two were shot in the head on the 2500 block of East 40th Street in Cleveland on Friday afternoon.
A 30-year-old man died at the scene of the incident and a 34-year-old woman was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in critical condition, according to Emergency Medical officials.

No arrests have been made and police have not confirmed any suspects in the crime.
