A drive-by shooting in broad daylight had neighbors ducking for cover on a residential street in Cleveland's Cudell neighborhood on Thursday.
Luckily, no one was hurt. But residents there at the corner of W. 98th Street and Laird Avenue said this is the second shooting in just a month.
At this point, neighbors are beyond scared — they're fed up.
