CLEVELAND — UPDATE: The woman has been found.
The Cleveland Police Department has issued an Endangered Missing Adult Alert for a 65-year-old woman who walked away from her residence and never return, according to a news release.
The woman walked away from her residence on Parkview Avenue in Cleveland early Tuesday.
She suffers from dementia and other health conditions, which requires medication that she doesn't have, according to the release.
She was last seen wearing a long black coat, a long-sleeved shirt with pink stripes, blue jeans and a white scarf.
