CLEVELAND — An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a 68-year-old man with dementia, who was last seen walking in Cleveland earlier this morning.
Thomas Tiegiser, 68, was last seen walking on Chester Avenue in Cleveland at around 4:30 a.m.
He suffers from dementia and other health conditions, which require medication. He doesn't have his medication on him. He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt and black shorts.
Anyone who has seen Tiegiser is asked to call 911 or call 1-866-693-9171.
