CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Fire is investigating after an overnight fire caused thousands of dollars in damage to a building on Cleveland’s West Side Wednesday, according to Lt. Mike Norman, public information officer for the department.
At around 12:30 a.m., firefighters responded to an apartment fire at the corner of Fulton Road and Sackett Avenue in Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood.
Norman said the fire originated at the Joe De's Pizzeria located below the apartment units.

The fire caused an estimated $150,000 in damage, Norman said
The Red Cross responded to assist two displaced residents.
No firefighter injuries were reported.
The cause and origin of the fire remain under investigation.
