The man wanted in connection to a fatal shooting in Cleveland last July is now in custody.
Savonte Huffman, 21, was arrested by Cleveland police Thursday.
Huffman allegedly shot a man outside a beverage store on Fleet Avenue on July 22, 2015. Police say after the man fell to the ground from the first shot, Huffman continued shooting him several more times, killing him in front of his young child.
Police were unable to locate Huffman after the shooting. In December, he was named one of the U.S. Marshals' fugitives of the week.
He is facing aggravated murder charges.
