CLEVELAND — A homicide investigation is underway after a man was found shot in the head in Cleveland on Thursday night, according to Cleveland police.
Around 8:50 p.m., officers were called to the area of Woodhill Road and Mount Overlook Avenue for a male lying face down in the street, bleeding, police said.
Officers found a man unresponsive in the street with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS arrived and rendered aid before transporting him to University Hospitals, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
The man has not been identified and there are no suspects at this time, police said.
The shooting remains under investigation.
