How to spend the day in Cleveland with your dog: an itinerary

CLEVELAND — Dog owners in Cleveland looking for a nice way to spend one of the quickly fleeting summer days out with their furry friends now have a fun itinerary all mapped out for them.

Rover.com, a networking site for pet sitters and dog walkers, created a “Dog’s Day Out” guide for dogs and their owners to enjoy a day together in Cleveland.

Beginning at Loop-Tremont, pet owners can grab a coffee with their pooch inside the two-story dog-friendly coffee house or out on the patio.

After getting in some caffeine, a short walk up the street will take pet owners to Hi and Dry Bowling & Beer for some food and libations.

After feasting at Hi and Dry Bowling & Beer, owners can take their pup to grab a sweet treat at Tremont Scoops.

Finally, those spending the day with their dog can wrap things up with a walk through Lincoln Park on Starkweather Avenue.
