CLEVELAND — A student at John Marshall High School was injured after being jumped by another student and two adults, according to the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
The attackers were a female student at John Marshall, her mother and another adult woman. The attacking student used pepper spray in the attack, the district said.
CMSD said that security responded quickly and was able to arrest the mother. The other woman fled the scene but was later arrested as well, according to the school district.
The student who participated in the attack faces charges for using pepper spray and will be disciplined by the school, the district said.
The student victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries obtained in the attack, according to the district.
