Judge sets bond at $250,000 for man accused of shooting UPS driver

CLEVELAND — A man who allegedly shot a UPS driver has been arraigned.

Joel Parker is accused of shooting the 55-year-old delivery driver in broad daylight in the 4800 block of Scovill Avenue at the beginning of the month.

Parker was charged with attempted murder, two counts of aggravated robbery, robbery, felonious assaults and having weapons under disability.

The judge set his bond at $250,000.

Parker's next court appearance is scheduled for Oct 21.
