Two men hoping to be elected the City of Cleveland's next mayor will take part in a debate Thursday.
Incumbent Frank Jackson, who is seeking a historic fourth term, faces council member Zack Reed in the November general election.
The debate starts at 12:30 p.m. at the City Club.
