CLEVELAND — Your St. Patrick's Day just got lucky. Lyft is teaming up with The Cleveland Police Foundation and Jameson to offer $7,000 in free ride credits to provide transportation to and from area locations.

“Lyft is excited to continue expanding its partnerships with Cleveland organizations as part of our Ride Smart initiative to encourage locals to make smart choices when enjoying festivities,” said Jay Dumaswala, market manager of Lyft Cleveland.

Parade attendees coming from or going to downtown, North Olmsted, Strongsville, Lakewood and Willoughby can obtain codes for $5 off rides on Jameson's social media channels.

Runners participating in the Cleveland St. Patrick's Day Kilt Run or anyone celebrating around East 4th Street, West 6th Street, the Flats and West 25th Street can also use the code.

Cleveland police officers will be handing out Lyft promo codes throughout downtown.
