CLEVELAND — A 34-year-old man was arrested in connection to the death of another man at a private alternative men’s club in Cleveland Sunday.

Ronald Knightner, 34, of Cleveland, has been charged with murder, a first-degree felony, according to court documents.

Cleveland police responded at around 12 p.m. Sunday to Flex Spa, located at 2600 Hamilton Avenue, for a male assaulting another male.

Theolis Rayshawn Butler, 34, of Cleveland was identified as the victim and was treated at the scene before he was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he later died.

Information from various guests indicates Knightner and Butler were in the club together when they both started fighting, according to police.

Knightner, who was arrested at the scene, appeared in court Tuesday for his arraignment.

According to its website, Flex Spa is housed in the former Art Deco Greyhound building and "has been transformed into one of the largest private alternative men's club in the world, featuring one of a kind amenities."
