One person is dead after a fire broke out at a home in Cleveland overnight.
Flames erupted from the home on Kempton Avenue just after midnight.
Fire officials said one man was found dead in the first floor.
Family members said a woman jumped from the third floor of the home to escape. She broke her back in the fall and was taken to a hospital for treatment, according to family members. A teen and another young man jumped from the second floor. The teen was also transported with injuries.
newsnet5.com's Sarah Phinney spoke with the sister of the man who died Monday morning. She said she had to identify her brother for officials, praying over his body and giving him one last kiss.

According to fire officials, it appears the fire originated in the rear of the house.
The home did not have working smoke detectors.
As per protocol for fatal fires, arson investigators were called to the scene.
