A man with multiple gunshot wounds was found dead under a Jeep on East 116th Street.

Police responded to the area at about 8 a.m. on Sunday for a report of a man underneath a vehicle.
EMS was called and pronounced the man—identified as 21-year-old Andre Carr of Cleveland—dead at the scene.
Neighbors told police they heard several gunshots at about 3 a.m. that morning.
There is no suspect information at this time.
