Cleveland police are investigating a shooting that took the life of a man in his 20's late Thursday night.

According to police the man was at a gathering on East 85th just south of Superior Avenue to remember a homicide victim from 2013 when he was shot multiple times.

The victim was identified as Devon Youngblood, 27. He was transported to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

The victim in the 2013 homicide, Antonyo Howard, had been shot and killed in the exact same spot as Thursday's shooting on August 17, 2013.
