A man was shot inside the Alibi Inn in the 2200 block of Rockwell Avenue in Cleveland just after 2 a.m. Friday.
Cleveland EMS treated several victims at the scene.
Officers administered first aid to a victim who had been shot in the leg until EMS arrived on scene.
The shooting victim was taken by Cleveland EMS to MetroHealth Medical Center. The second victim, who was shot in the hand, was conveyed to the hospital in a private car.
A third person was treated at the scene for a shoulder injury,
Cleveland police were seen inside the bar talking with witnesses and collecting evidence.
Police said preliminary information reveals there was an argument inside the bar and an unknown black male opened fire. The man is described as standing about 5-foot-10 inches tall with tattoos on his face and was last seen wearing all grey clothing and a red hat.
